Dina Ferchmin is a distinguished U.S. Army veteran and former paratrooper, with extensive experience in both military and civilian leadership roles. Building on her military background, where she served in critical operations across Europe and the Balkans, Dina transitioned to the corporate and nonprofit sectors, earning a certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
For over 20 years, Dina has excelled in diverse industries, including healthcare, nonprofit management, and corporate sales. Her career has seen her lead operations for major medical facilities, drive significant fundraising efforts for nonprofits, and secure multimillion-dollar business opportunities in the healthcare design and planning industry. Matt is a decorated Green Beret and disabled veteran with extensive experience in counterinsurgency and counter-narcotics operations across Latin America, as well as other global locations. Building on his military background, Matt transitioned to the corporate world an earned Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, holding additional Black Belt and Green Belt certifications.
For over 20 years, Matt has worked in various service and manufacturing industries, both as an employee and as an independent consultant. His work has included banking, insurance, manufacturing and assembly lines, distribution, warehousing, hospitality, and even commercial baking. His diverse industry experience has led to a solid understanding of operational challenges and solutions across different sectors.
Throughout his career, Matt has led the deployment of Lean Six Sigma methodologies for multiple businesses, driving significant improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.
